We headed out to Hovander yesterday . . . we did see a few animals, but the play area was pretty puny and our kids were too little for the Tenant Lake part of the park.

Auntie Jen-Jen brought some delicious cookies for a snack . . .

These two are at a good place right now . . . Grace is finally big enough to be Jake's buddy.
This one is for you Nama!
Looking at the pictures . . . we did have a lot of fun! None of us had been to Hovander in so long, we couldn't exactly remember what was there. Now we know it's a great spot to come back to when the kids are a little older. So where did we end up? Horror of all horrors . . . playing inside at Donald's on a BEAUTIFUL day. The kids are our bosses . . . and that is where they wanted to go, so what do you do?

Taking Vince's two month pictures . . . almost every day Grace tells me, "Mama, I don't want to give this baby back."I always agree wholeheartedly.
Last Saturday Grace and Tom had fun in the pool . . .
The kids are both sleeping as I am sitting here . . . Jen and I started at the Nooksack Park this morning, then got pizza and took it to Riverside Park to eat and play and then went to Jen's for a little pool time.
And word on the street (or Facebook) is that the COUNTRY CLUB is opening for the weekend . . . resort life here we come!

What? The teeny tiny baby doesn't like the freezing cold water?
These two crack me up.
