Here are a few pictures from the races in Seattle last year . . . anyone want to bet me that this ISN'T really their LAST year?

Friday morning, Jen and the boys came over to play . . . Auntie Jen-Jen brought some DELICIOUS treats! (DELICIOUS is Grace's new favorite word).
This little daredevil JUMPED from the top of the slide all the way into the pool . . .

Bubble machines are AWESOME . . .
Friday night we went up to Silver Lake . . . Tom's family was camping up there.
Aubree found a petrified snake . . .
The SALON and SPA was open . . . no charge, but they did accept tips.

Saturday morning we went to the Everson Parade . . .
The crew watching at D.L. and Randi's . . .
Waving at the floats/pick-up trucks/midget horses . . .
More waving . . .

Yum . . . DELICIOUS taffy!
We walked down to the park and had some ice cream . . . luckily we asked for a bowl too, because the ice cream was pretty SOFT.
Lunch break . . .
Grace cried in the bouncy house but was brave on the train . . .
I think my daughter likes her Auntie Jen-Jen more than me sometimes . . .
Ready for the walk back . . .
After a big nap, we went to Dick and Barb's for more fun . . . and as the night wore on, lots of silliness that I didn't take pictures of . . . dancing, tunnel races and lots of Jimmy Buffet.
Vince and Diana bonded over middle fingers and flipping each other off . . . I told you it was a silly night. :)
A Mr. Freeze and a BIG fat marshmallow . . . what could be better?
There were a LOT of big talkers on Saturday night who said they were going to do the Fun Run/Walk at 9:00 this morning at the Nooksack Park . . . Mary Lou, Jen and I showed up to walk . . .
and these ANIMALS (quote from Uncle Tom) RAN the 5K!
Vince was the youngest participant . . . I think he's confused and wondering what happened to all the other CANDY ASSES that were supposed to be there.
Quote from my sister: Max and Vinnie were very patient with their mothers' LAST place finish! Our first goal was not to be last. By the middle of the 5k we were vowing to finish the race! HA!FUN weekend . . . we like to pack 'em FULL.

Yikes friend, you were BUSY!!!! Next year I'll have to book coffee early to get squeezed in! I stared and stared at the pictures of you with your TWO kids. TOO weird! And yet, can't imagine it any other way.
