Then we met up with Tom's family at Grandma Jessie's . . . look at all those cuties!
Grace LOVED getting her face painted . . . between our photoshoot the week before, dressing up for the school party (pictures to come later) and the real-deal on Halloween, she had been dressed up and painted 3 times. She was a halloween-headband-hater most of the night, but must have sensed that it was crucial her mama got some pictures of her with the ears on, because she kept them on for a few pictures.
Aubree and Grace were both kitties . . .
Sitting on the woodstove is a MUST when taking pictures at Grandma Jessie's . . .
Next stop was Tom's Mom's . . . love how Grace is looking at the other kids, trying to figure out what to do.
Grandma 'Leen was so excited to see all the kids . . .
By about 6:15, we were at Mom and Dad's . . .
Love that you can see her "tail" in this one . . .
After we were at Mom and Dad's awhile, we met back up with Tom's sisters and went to Grandma and Grandpa DeHoog's and then Grace and I made one more stop at Tom and MaryLou's (BEST treats in the county) before we went back to Mom and Dad's. Grace looking through her candy bucket . . .
Oh my . . . this crew showed up and were ready to par-tay! Those are my cousins Maria and Sam and they were all beer super-heroes . . . oh to be that clever and young . . .
Food, fun, and family . . . it was a good night. The only thing missing was Tom. :(
