The kids are collecting knock knock jokes . . . the less funny they are the more they seem to enjoy them.
One of my kiddos came with an eye patch on this morning . . . seriously, a Pirates of the Caribbean eye patch. And to make it worse, she has an eye infection so the doctor said she has to wear it to school. At this point in the year, to keep a "business as usual" attitude in 1st grade when one of your friends has an eye patch on, is utterly impossible.
Help me out . . . one of my little guys wants to know . . . "Do bald eagles have any predators?" I can't think of any. Does anyone know?
And . . . score! Here's 2 crawdads that Tom caught last night. Can you imagine the excitement at our house?
