must be summer! {week 1}

We filled our OFFICIAL first week of summer with lots of f-u-n . . .

Swimming and delicious STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE (thanks Auntie Jen-Jen!) at the Country Club . . .

Nama has these kids obsessed with Star Wars and light sabers . . . Jake and Nama keep in character pretty good and Grace and Max follow right along. I'm sure they are fighting "storm troopers" or something here . . .

That Friday was Auntie Tam's LAST radiation treatment and Alison had the great idea for us all to be waiting outside of the cancer care center with a FINISH LINE for her . . . SURPRISE! Here she comes!

We LOVE you Auntie Tam and are so glad cancer is BEHIND you.

Saturday was Sumas Community Days and the PARADE! Thanks for the great pictures, Amy.

In the bouncy house in the park . . . we've come a LONG way since last year when she screamed and cried in it.

We came home for a little bit and went to a baby shower and then after naps, it was time for a WEDDING! Congratulations Erik and Anna!

I'm not joking . . . BEST cupcake and frosting I've EVER had.

And one more stop on the BUSY parade/baby shower/wedding day . . . Dylan and Katie's house to watch the Sumas fireworks.

And then I stayed up until 3:00 in the morning doing laundry and packing to leave for Lincoln Rock on Sunday!
