It was the last day of school for the bigs and Maddie and Allie had a special Moving On assembly since they are done with elementary school and will be going to middle school next year!
It was a neat assembly . . . and especially fun for me to watch since I taught these kids when they were first graders!
We went home, played outside for a little while and ate lunch . . . and then walked to Edaleen to meet all the kids for ice cream to celebrate their last day of school!
We walked home, played outside some more and Vince took a nap and then it was time to go to Grandma Jessie and Grandpa Ted's for the wood-cutting party!

We got Grandpa Ted a new chain for Father's Day . . . here the kids are taking it out to him.

It was an epic summer day with lots of family fun and BEAUTIFUL weather . . . can't wait for another stretch of SUNSHINE!
