Buzz Saw BBQ entered their first competition in March . . . The Big Red Barn Burner BBQ Competition in Chilliwack, BC.
The guys headed up there Friday evening to set up. I went Saturday afternoon and watched them prep the meat . . .

They had a Cooks Choice competition where you had to use a certain brand of sausage, so Angie whipped up an awesome potato salad!

I didn't get to back on Sunday for the real excitement--the meat turn in and judging, but my Mom and Dad did! They did the best in chicken and missed out on a ribbon by only decimal points. They pored over the score sheets and comment cards for days . . . the countdown is on until the next competition!
